Introduction to NEE

Module Objectives

When new teachers join existing NEE member schools, it can be difficult to provide them with an adequate introduction to the NEE system. This module provides the background information, history and rationale of NEE for teachers. Estimated time to complete: 50-75 minutes.

At the end of this module, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the origins of the Network for Educator Effectiveness

  2. Identify the NEE mission and goals

  3. Describe the NEE evaluation process and its components

  4. Become familiar with the classroom observation process
