Module Objectives
The Building Personnel Development Organizer allows principals to document their work in supporting teachers in professional improvement. This organizer pulls information directly from selected teachers' professional development plans and provides elements that are completed by the principal. The additional elements show the plan established by the principal and the actions taken by the principal to monitor and coach the teacher(s).
