Module Objectives
A school librarian routinely provides instruction for students and may also provide instruction for the entire learning community including teachers, administrators and parents. However, the role of school librarian also encompasses many responsibilities that are vastly different from the typical classroom teacher. The NEE School Librarian Evaluation is designed to meet the varying needs of the librarian at all school levels. The evaluation is based on standards produced by the American Association of School Librarians (AASL).
